The "Sixth (Jinshan) Seminar on Standardized Quality Control of Tumor Radiotherapy," sponsored by the Physical Technology Professional Committee of Shanxi Anti-Cancer Association, the Physical Technology Professional Committee of Shaanxi Anti-Cancer Association, the Physics and Technology Branch of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, and the Medical Physics Branch of Chinese Bioengineering Society, concluded successfully in Jincheng City on May 26.

With the theme "Technology Casting New Quality Driving Force of Radiotherapy" and an overall structure comprising academic exchange, technology exhibition, and theoretical discussion, the conference aimed to convene renowned experts and scholars in China for discussions on cutting-edge technologies and latest achievements in standardized quality control of tumor radiotherapy. Through profound academic exchanges and technical displays, we aim to further promote innovation and development in radiotherapy technology, strengthen both conceptual understanding and practical implementation of radiotherapy quality control. This will contribute wisdom and strength towards improving the level of tumor radiotherapy not only in Jinshan region but also across the entire country. Ultimately, this effort aims to bring more hope and optimism to a majority of tumor patients.

"The conference was graced by the presence of distinguished individuals including Professor Li Ning from Shanxi Hospital of Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, who served as the chairman, Professor Dai Jianrong, Chairman of the Physics and Technology Committee of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, and Professor Qiu Jie, chairman of the Medical Physics Branch of Chinese Biomedical Engineering Society. These esteemed professionals delivered speeches at the opening ceremony. Additionally, Professor Xing Xiaofen, Chairman of the Radiation physics and Technology Committee of Shanxi Anti-Cancer Association, and Professor Ji Wenbin, deputy chairman of the Radiation physics and Technology Committee presided over this significant event."
Prof. Bai Sen from Sichuan University West China Hospital, Prof. Cai Jin from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Prof. Hu Weigang from Fudan University Affiliated Cancer Hospital, Prof. Huang Xiaoyan from Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center, Prof. Wu Xiangyang from Shaanxi Cancer Hospital, Prof. Yang Ruijie from Peking University Third Hospital, Prof. Shan Guoping from Zhejiang Cancer Hospital, Prof. Jin Fu from Chongqing University Affiliated Cancer Hospital, and Prof. Guo Yuexin from Zhengzhou University First Affiliated Hospital, among many other domestic experts and scholars, attended the opening ceremony of the symposium.
At the academic exchange meeting, many experts and scholars gathered together to share the latest research findings and insights around the conference theme. Professor Jianrong Dai from the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences introduced "Coordinated Development of Radiation Protection Standards and Radiotherapy Technology," highlighting that as modern radiotherapy technology has advanced and become more widely used, radiation protection standards also need to keep pace and be continuously improved and optimized to better adapt to the challenges and opportunities brought by new technologies. At the same time, radiation protection should always be given top priority in the development of radiotherapy technology, and through scientific and rational planning and strict management measures, ensure the health and safety of patients, medical staff, and the public. In addition, the paper stressed the key role of multidisciplinary collaboration in promoting the coordinated development of radiation protection standards and radiotherapy technology, and emphasized that only by working together with all relevant fields can sustainable development and progress be achieved in the field of radiotherapy.
The conference was a great success, and Ruikang An was honored to participate in it and benefit from it. We will continuously improve the quality of our products and services to provide more excellent, efficient, and precise services for medical institutions and cancer patients in China, and contribute to the development of cancer radiotherapy. Ruikang An warmly congratulates the successful conclusion of the 6th (Jinshan) Cancer Radiotherapy Standardization and Quality Control Symposium.
